Love their mango biche raspado. Service is overall good, but the reason I don't give a 5 star review is that they do not accept card transactions.
You really can't go wrong with prontitos. They have such a big selection to choose from and each one is great. They do Colombian style fast food and fruit juices. You can get a fully loaded hamburger that can honestly feed two people. One of their hot dogs, which can also be made with chorizo. Their fries come with delicious sauces and chopped up hot dogs if you so wish. They have these incredible packed on arepas, my friend got the chicharron one and it was too good. The pork was perfectly crispy. I love that their hot dogs come with quail eggs, it's always a nice added bonus for me. Also the fries are always crispy. Be sure not to skip out on dessert. I really love their strawberries and cream (fresas con crema) and the Cholados are super popular. As for the service expect to wait a while but that's only because everything is being made fresh in this tiny kitchen. They are also always busy so be sure to be patient about it. They are cash only which can be a bummer but they do have an atm that charges a small fee. The ambiance is giving Colombian McDonald's for me. Theres a lot of color and a mural. Not too much seating so if you are with a big group expect to take your food to go. The music is always good and the vibe is exactly as it should be with the focus on the food.
Ate here today by myself on a Sunday afternoon for lunch feeling hungry. I had brought and ate the Perro Hawaiano With Bacon with fries and a side of Colombian soda that it had tasted really good and delicious. The service there was also respectful, attentive and friendly that I managed to speak to them a bit of broken Spanish of what I wanted to order that they seem to understand what I'm trying to say my best without hesitation. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time.
